Gosia, originally from Poland, has been living in Ireland for over a decade. She built her professional career at one of Ireland’s most renowned food companies, specializing in logistics, shipping, and supply chain management. Over the years, she collaborated with numerous global brands. However, despite the stability of her role, Gosia decided to follow her passion for confectionery, baking, and cooking, embarking on a new career path.
Cooking and baking have been integral parts of Gosia’s life since childhood. She learned the art by watching her mother, who could create delicious and flawless dishes using simple, seasonal ingredients.
Gosia’s cakes and dishes are a tribute to her family home, simplicity, and a love for experimenting with seasonal products. She places great emphasis on the quality of her creations, ensuring each one is made from scratch with care and attention to detail.

Glamorous Cakes operates from the Broadlough Estate Tea Rooms, a serene and picturesque location surrounded by the beauty of nature.
We are dedicated to crafting unique, natural dishes and cakes that are free from chemical processing, evoking the warmth and nostalgia of childhood and family traditions.
Our mission is to create wholesome, simple dishes and cakes with minimal use of sugar and fat, focusing on health and quality.
Every product available at the Broadlough Estate Tea Rooms is lovingly handmade by Glamorous Cakes.
